Suggested Use:
Shake well before each use. 
Take as directed by your health care provider or 10 to 20 drops up to 3 times daily for short term use. 
Eleuthero is considered a stimulating adaptogen. Avoid taking Eleuthero late in the day to help prevent overstimulation and/ or insomnia. 
 
Warnings: Eleuthero can be overstimulating and possibly produce insomnia if consumed late in the day or in larger amounts.
